A better world for children - that is the goal of World Vision Germany. The association's current campaign uses moving images and strong protest actions to bring the fight against sexualised violence against children to the attention of the public and politicians.

Always present at the protest actions: a teddy bear taller than a man.

In the 2020 campaign year, we also supported World Vision with a social media campaign.

The protest action 2021.
For 60 years, World Vision Germany (WVD) has been working to create a better world for children. To achieve this goal, the association's employees are active all over the world. Not only in development and disaster relief on site in camps, schools and aid facilities in the project countries, but also in political and public relations work.
Campaign with an annually changing thematic focus.
Under the slogan "Hands off my childhood", wegewerk is currently supporting World Vision Germany with a three-year campaign with a new focus each year. However, the goal always remains the same: to bring the fight against sexualised violence against children to the attention of the public and politicians. To achieve this, we first designed the campaign's claim, logo and branding and developed an eye-catching campaign for each thematic focus.
Campaign 2020: Girls are children, not wives!

In the launch year 2020, we drew attention to the everyday danger of sexual abuse and forced marriage of girls in conflict areas. With creative, fresh content formats and moving images, we told the stories of the children and their helpers on social media. The highlight of the campaign year was a protest action in Berlin's main railway station: with a teddy bear installation more than three metres high, we drew attention to the suffering of the girls and caused a stir - not only among passers-by, but especially among politicians, whom we invited to the action.
Campaign 2021: Sexualised violence on the run.
In 2021, we refocused the campaign on the danger of sexualised violence against children on the run. We also organised a large protest action for this, which took place in front of the Brandenburg Gate: 20 dancers performed in front of 136 stop signs decorated in the campaign look on Pariser Platz and thus drew attention to the fate of the children affected. An action for the campaign year 2022 is already being planned.
