German Youth Red Cross Revision of the climate publications
Sometimes prevention is needed instead of first aid: the German Youth Red Cross wants to activate children and young people for climate protection with print materials. wegewerk gave the design and content of the outdated publication a general overhaul.
The Youth Red Cross is not always just about first aid: in order to activate the youth for the preservation of a future worth living, the aid organisation also produces print materials on climate protection. Our design and editorial teams gave the publications a general overhaul after a few years, including new climate facts and a more modern design.
What climate impacts are already being felt today? What are new protest movements like Fridays for Future doing? Since the JRK climate publications first appeared in 2012, the discussion on climate change has once again changed dramatically. We therefore revised the booklets line by line to bring in the necessary topicality, political realities and new topic areas. The new design line provides more clarity and refreshes the content with small visual details.
