At the end of a project, we ask our clients for feedback with a questionnnaire based on 10 short questions. You may simply leave out irrelevant questions. If several people are involved in the project, you are welcome to forward the link to the form. Only us, the feedback officers, receive your feedback. We summarise the findings and pass them on to the project team in an anonymized form.
